Location: Czech Republic, Teplice region
We are looking for a motivated Reliability Engineer for a temporary assignment to support two senior engineers in optimizing maintenance plans, integrating predictive maintenance strategies, and developing lubrication and reliability programs. This junior position is ideal for individuals interested in technology, industrial environments, and continuous learning.
Support senior engineers within consulting projects in areas such as:
Optimization of maintenance plans
Integration of predictive maintenance
Development of lubrication and reliability programs
Support with tasks such as:
Creating and updating equipment lists and technical documentation
Assisting in setting up and prioritizing maintenance tasks according to criticality
Supporting equipment Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Collecting wear parameter data and supporting the definition of measurement methods
Helping prepare maintenance schedules and technical guidelines
Providing logistical support for training related to maintenance and lubrication plans
Passion for technology and strong interest in industrial environments
Willingness to learn and expand your knowledge
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior engineers and clients
Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and quick response ability
Fluent Czech and good command of English
Effective communication skills and ability to follow guidance from senior engineers
Commitment to continuous learning and development
Technical bachelor’s degree or master degree
