About the Role We are seeking a motivated reliability engineer for a temporary assignment to support two senior engineers in optimizing maintenance plans, integrating predictive maintenance strategies, and developing lubrication and reliability plans. This junior role is perfect for individuals with a passion for technology, industrial environments, and continuous learning.

As a consultant, you will assist the senior engineers while collaborating closely with clients and colleagues. The assignment will involve traveling across the Czech Republic to support various projects, providing valuable contributions to impactful maintenance strategies for industrial equipment

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in consultancy projects related to:
- Maintenance plan optimization
- Integration of predictive maintenance
- Development of lubrication and reliability plans
Support with tasks such as:
- Creating and updating equipment lists and technical documentation
- Assisting in establishing and prioritizing maintenance tasks by criticality
- Supporting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for installations
- Gathering data on wear parameters and helping define measurement methods
- Assisting in developing maintenance schedules and technical instructions
- Providing logistical support for training related to maintenance and lubrication plans

Requirements

Passion for technology and a strong interest in industrial environments
Eagerness to learn and a willingness to expand your knowledge
Ability to work collaboratively with senior engineers and clients
Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to respond quickly
Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English
Effective communication skills and the ability to follow guidance from senior engineers
A commitment to continuous learning and development

Required Certification

Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
