POSITION PURPOSE
Safely & compliantly perform any task necessary to exceed customer expectations; including but not limited to being
responsible for Operations administration and for contribution to the formulation, development, implementation, and
administration of Operations policies and business goals. Is accountable for customer care and fostering successful
relationships for assigned clients. Ensures the quality control and verification of company’s operations. Assists in
developing policies, procedures, and training to ensure efficient and effective employees. Supervises and appraises the
activities of assigned employees to ensure that all services are professionally delivered.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Accountable for the development and implementation of effective Operations (but not limited to):
a. Responsible for assisting in long and short-term Operations planning
b. Executes established goals and ensures that corporate-wide plans are complemented and supported.
c. Implements Operations plans, policies, and goals that further strategic objectives.
d. Works one-on-one with clients, and I-care employees to ensure that Operations services are delivered in
accordance with established company standards, policies, and procedures
e. Conducts periodic reviews of existing systems, products, and procedures. Provides recommendations
regarding improvements in service delivery, processes, and equipment needs which will further the
company’s objectives
f. Evaluates the Operations effectiveness through analyses of activity and on-site inspections.
g. Installation of wireless and wired CM monitoring systems and demos.
h. Commissioning and troubleshooting of CM systems.
i. Participates in delivering Criticality Analysis, RCA, RCM, Walkdowns, as requested etc.
j. Ensures that applicable laws and regulations are strictly adhered to.
2. Responsible for communication and education between the company and clients, including but not limited to:
a. Communicating the I-care deliverables to the client.
b. Conduct technology awareness sessions for clients as requested.
c. Must be able to interact comfortably, gain trust and communicate effectively.
d. Presentation skills; be able to synthesize findings
e. Create and deliver cogent presentations.
3. Responsible for the overall safety awareness of the work environment (but not limited to):

Responsible for maintaining a full time on site Condition Monitoring services ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Candidate is responsible for scheduling work as necessary as well as reporting metrics, KPIs that accurately reflect the performance, progress, reports and findings as required by the client and I-care. The Manager is also accountable for developing and updating SOP's, internal audits, overall safety, including ensuring compliance with all I-care, client, OSHA, and all other applicable standards to the facility that they are servicing, be a technical resource to the client and I-care employees in troubleshooting PdM and lubrication-related issues and perform and oversee specific projects as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Mechanical CM Analyst: machinery fundamentals including pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers, compressors, switchgear, etc. Knowledge of mechanical fundamentals, such as fits and tolerances. Detailed knowledge of data acquisition techniques utilizing Vibration
Analyzers, Ultrasound. Working knowledge of other condition-monitoring technologies.
Electrical CM Analyst: knowledge of electrical fundamentals including: switchgear, fuses, disconnects, cable, torquing of fasteners, transformers, etc. Knowledge of data acquisition techniques utilizing Infrared Cameras, Ultrasound, Motor Testing Equipment. Working knowledge of other condition-monitoring technologies.

Position Overview:
The Project Maintenance Planner leads the planning of the maintenance activities for turnaround's and outages.. This person will also support the with planning outages to include parts order placement, Field Service Representative (FSR) needs, work pack creation, customer coordination, and overall coordination of the site outages. The maintenance planner and forecaster reports to the head of planning and risk to ensure that the outages are planned, managed, and forecasted adequately.
Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance planning details and schedules are complete and contain the correct information with respect to project milestones, on-time delivery, hardware demands, and resource demands. This includes parts demand planning as well as maintenance forecasting. Objectives and tasks for the position include:
· Establish detailed plans for each outage assigned including the following
· Schedule of events with major milestones and deliveries
· Oversight of hardware demand, order placement, and receipt.
· Working closely with the warehouse and shipping team supporting the logistics of moving spares and equipment to meet outage needs.
· Creation of workpacks to support maintenance team with site outage workscope
· Working closely with technical support to verify maintenance schedules and method statements for all scheduled and preventative maintenances.
· Manage requests to support site outage workscope and schedule
· Support customer coordination meetings leading up to, during, and after the outage to cover the maintenance aspects of the outage
· Support the Project Managers to ensure all health and safety requirements are covered to carry out the planned maintenance
· Supporting continuous improvement as part of fulfilling the role including required documentation to capture specific improvements via the quality group.
· Attend weekly, and bi-weekly, meetings with the planning team to report on status of work and coordinate planning efforts.

POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for maintaining a full time on site Condition Monitoring services ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Candidate is responsible for scheduling work as necessary as well as reporting metrics, KPIs that accurately reflect the performance, progress, reports and findings as required by the client and I-care. The Manager is also accountable for developing and updating SOP's, internal audits, overall safety, including ensuring compliance with all I-care, client, OSHA, and all other applicable standards to the facility that they are servicing, be a technical resource to the client and I-care employees in troubleshooting PdM and lubrication-related issues and perform and oversee specific projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Leads condition monitoring program setup or for clients as required, including but not limited to:
a. Building and maintaining CM technology databases to applicable I-care and client-required standards.
2. Responsible for communication and education between the company and clients, including but not limited to:
a. Communicating the I-care deliverables to the client.
b. Conduct technology awareness sessions for clients as requested.
c. Submit documented case studies for customers to support machine life cycle improvement.
d. Must be able to interact comfortably, gain trust, and communicate effectively.
3. Responsible for necessary auditing, metrics and reporting, including but not limited to:
a. Ensuring all databases are in compliance with current applicable standards.
b. Managing all database changes.
c. Lead Management of Change (MOC) process adherence.
e. The accuracy and timeliness of all internal and external communications and reporting.
f. Nuisance alarm management.
4. Responsible for the overall safety awareness of the work environment.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Mechanical CM Analyst: machinery fundamentals including pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers, compressors, switchgear, etc. Knowledge of mechanical fundamentals, such as fits
and tolerances. Detailed knowledge of data acquisition techniques utilizing Vibration
Analyzers, Ultrasound. Working knowledge of other condition-monitoring technologies.
Electrical CM Analyst: knowledge of electrical fundamentals including: switchgear, fuses, disconnects, cable, torquing of fasteners, transformers, etc. Knowledge of data acquisition techniques utilizing Infrared Cameras, Ultrasound, Motor Testing Equipment. Qualifications requises:
En tant que technicien en lubrification, vous aurez comme mission la réalisation de la lubrification des installations de différents sites industriels (graissages, appoints d'huile, vidanges, prises d'échantillons, ...). Seul ou en équipe, vous effectuerez les différentes tâches sur base d'un planning communiqué par votre responsable et rédigerez un rapport d'intervention quotidien. Vous communiquerez vos observations liées à des défaillances mécaniques lors de vos tournées, et signalerez tout problème de sécurité identifié à votre responsable et à votre client. Vous serez responsable de la sensibilisation générale à la sécurité en veillant au respect des normes I-Care, du client et des autres normes applicables.
Votre profil :
- Technicien/Mécanicien en lubrification de machines (certification ICML, niveau 1, est un plus) Ou équivalent dans l'industrie, ou diplôme d'études secondaires avec une expérience pertinente.
- Connaissance technique des équipements tournants, notamment des moteurs, des pompes, des ventilateurs, des réducteurs, des compresseurs, ...
- Une ou plusieurs années d'expérience directe dans le domaine de la mécanique, ou une formation équivalente dans une école technique ou commerciale.
- Dynamique, motivé, autonome, rigoureux, flexible, à l'écoute et au service de ses clients.
- Un fort intérêt général pour la technologie, l'ingénierie et leur application innovante dans l'industrie de la fabrication ou des procédés.

Puesto de trabajo
Como técnico de lubricación, su misión consistirá en realizar la lubricación de las instalaciones en diversos centros industriales (engrase, rellenado de aceite, cambio de aceite, toma de muestras, etc.). Trabajará solo o en equipo, realizando las distintas tareas en función de un calendario comunicado por su responsable y redactará un informe de intervención diario. Comunicará sus observaciones relacionadas con los fallos mecánicos durante sus rondas, e informará de cualquier problema de seguridad identificado a su jefe y a su cliente. Será responsable de la concienciación general sobre la seguridad, garantizando el cumplimiento de las normas de I-Care, del cliente y de otras normas aplicables.

Come tecnico di analisi delle vibrazioni lavorerai in diverse sedi dei clienti e con tutti i tipi di apparecchiature rotanti: turbine a gas e a vapore, riduttori, pompe, compressori, motori elettrici, ventilatori e altre apparecchiature rotanti. The Analyst coordinates and assists scheduling work as necessary as well as assembles and maintains technical data and reports as required by the client and I-care. The Analyst will be accountable for overall safety, including ensuring compliance with all I-care, client, OSHA, and all other applicable standards to the facility that they are servicing. The Analyst is also expected to be a technical resource to the client and I-care employees in the troubleshooting lubrication related issues and performs and oversees specific projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Leads condition monitoring program setup or for clients as required, including but not limited to:
a. Building and maintaining CM technology databases to applicable I-care and client required standards.
b. Assist in advanced setup work such as Technology Mapping, Criticality Analysis, etc.
c. Equipment walk down and information gathering.
2. Responsible for communication and education between the company and clients, including but not limited to:
a. Communicating the I-care deliverables to the client.
b. Conduct technology awareness sessions for clients as requested.
c. Submit documented case studies for customer to support machine life cycle improvement.
d. Must be able to interact comfortably, gain trust and communicate effectively.
3. Responsible for necessary auditing, metrics and reporting, including but not limited to:

and tolerances. Detailed knowledge of data acquisition techniques utilizing Vibration Analyzers, Ultrasound. Working knowledge of other condition monitoring technologies. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High school graduate or equivalent, College Graduate preferred in technology or engineering field. ASNT-TC1A or ASNT-CP189 Professional Certification Level 2, or ISO
Category 3, or industry equivalent.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Mechanical CM Analyst: machinery fundamentals including: pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers, compressors, switchgear, etc. Knowledge of mechanical fundamentals, such as fits
and tolerances. Detailed knowledge of data acquisition techniques utilizing Vibration Analyzers, Ultrasound. Working knowledge of other condition monitoring technologies. Electrical CM Analyst: knowledge of electrical fundamentals including: switchgear, fuses, disconnects, cable, torqueing of fasteners, transformers, etc. Knowledge of data acquisition techniques utilizing Infrared Cameras, Ultrasound, Motor Testing Equipment. Working knowledge of other condition monitoring technologies.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:3 or more years of direct related experience.
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to Windows, Word, and Excel.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
