Responsibilities
A Lubrication Technician's main task is to carry out the periodic lubrication of our customer assets and to make sure the correct lubricants are present and stored in the correct manner. They also support the Reliability Engineers in the implementation and improvement in the services we offer.
Who are you?
The activities of the lubrication technician have a multidisciplinary character: the focus is on lubrication activities on rotating mechanical and electrical parts of machines and equipment. The lubricator has basic knowledge in the electrical field and broader knowledge in the mechanical field.
What do we offer you?
Responsible for providing condition monitoring and vibration analysis services.
Monitoring/Observing and diagnosing machine failure in a variety of industrial and
production settings to prevent interruption in production. Duties include: vibration data
collection and analysis; reporting vibration analysis findings and recommendations to
customers; providing troubleshooting support, Root Cause Analysis/solving equipment
problems; providing support in developing and maintaining vibration databases on
different platforms; providing advanced vibration analysis working with internal rotating
equipment and vibration SME’s. Position requires at least a Bachelor’s degree in
Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical field,
and 24 months of experience with vibration analysis and condition monitoring, as well
as ISO Certification as Vibration Analyst. Experience with other technologies such as

POSITION PURPOSE
Safely & compliantly perform any task necessary to exceed customer expectations; including but not limited to being
responsible for Operations administration and for contribution to the formulation, development, implementation, and
administration of Operations policies and business goals. Is accountable for customer care and fostering successful
relationships for assigned clients. Ensures the quality control and verification of company’s operations. Assists in
developing policies, procedures, and training to ensure efficient and effective employees. Supervises and appraises the
activities of assigned employees to ensure that all services are professionally delivered.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Accountable for the development and implementation of effective Operations (but not limited to):
a. Responsible for assisting in long and short-term Operations planning
b. Executes established goals and ensures that corporate-wide plans are complemented and supported.
c. Implements Operations plans, policies, and goals that further strategic objectives.
d. Works one-on-one with clients, and I-care employees to ensure that Operations services are delivered in
accordance with established company standards, policies, and procedures
e. Conducts periodic reviews of existing systems, products, and procedures. Provides recommendations
regarding improvements in service delivery, processes, and equipment needs which will further the
company’s objectives
f. Evaluates the Operations effectiveness through analyses of activity and on-site inspections.
g. Installation of wireless and wired CM monitoring systems and demos.
h. Commissioning and troubleshooting of CM systems.
i. Participates in delivering Criticality Analysis, RCA, RCM, Walkdowns, as requested etc.
j. Ensures that applicable laws and regulations are strictly adhered to.
2. Responsible for communication and education between the company and clients, including but not limited to:
a. Communicating the I-care deliverables to the client.
b. Conduct technology awareness sessions for clients as requested.
c. Must be able to interact comfortably, gain trust and communicate effectively.
d. Presentation skills; be able to synthesize findings
e. Create and deliver cogent presentations.
3. Responsible for the overall safety awareness of the work environment (but not limited to):

5. Mentoring – A few of the activities in the area of Mentoring will include, but are not limited to:
a. Assist in training/mentoring of I-Care employees.
b. Able to convey obtained knowledge from seminar/training sessions.
6. Effectively supervises personnel, ensuring optimal performance.
a. Provides leadership to Operations personnel through effective objective setting, delegation, and
communication. Conducts staff meetings as required. Directs, schedules, and coordinates Department
functions.
b. Ensures that personnel are well trained, effective, and optimally used. Instruct personnel regularly
regarding policy, procedure, and program changes.
c. Conducts performance appraisals as required. Formulates and implements corrective actions as needed.
Recommends changes in the status of Operations staff, including promotions, transfers, and salary
adjustments.

a. Performs special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: College Graduate preferred in technology or engineering field, or industry equivalent.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of reliability processes to include RCM, root cause, workflow, scheduling &
planning, PM’s and PdM technologies.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5 or more years of direct related experience in customer care or operation management in
a professional service industry. 3 or more years direct experience in reliability or
predictive maintenance.
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to Windows, Word, and Excel.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work well independently.

Welke stages en/of eindwerken kan je bij ons allemaal verwachten?
We kijken in eerste instantie naar jouw behoeften en de vereisten die je school oplegt, en kunnen een op maat gemaakt project uitwerken, waar jij je tanden kan inzetten (alleen of in team). Binnen de portfolio van onze dienstverlening kan je van een zeer praktisch georiënteerde stage tot een uitsluitend theoretische studie een mooi onderwerp vinden. Bijvoorbeeld:
- Analyseren en evalueren van onderhoudsactiviteiten en productieverliezen bij onze klanten met predictieve technieken zoals trillingsmetingen, infrarood, ultrasoon etc
- Analyseren en implementeren van verbetermaatregelen in productieorganisaties om de betrouwbaarheid van hun machinepark te verbeteren, kosten te verlagen en productiecapaciteiten te verhogen
- Leren gebruik maken van de standaard toolbox van een reliability engineer, waaronder het opbouwen van een functionele hiërarchie, boomstructuur, rcm, FMEA, plant maintenance optimization, etc
- Root cause analyse van een steeds wederkerend probleem waarvoor nog geen oplossing is gevonden.

Le technicien superviseur électricité instrumentation devra :
Veiller à la sécurité et au respect de l’environnement sur les chantiers.
S’assurer de l’application des contrats avec les entreprises prestataires.
Rédiger les constats d’anomalies fournisseurs (CAF) et traiter les CAT.
Garantir le respect du processus achats.
Participer aux rituels de management visuel et aux réunions de priorisation
des avis avec l’exploitant.
Mettre en œuvre le processus travaux en vigueur sur le site.
Gérer l’ensemble des chantiers et dossiers de maintenance/investissements
confiés (technique, financier, organisation).
Analyser et gérer le portefeuille des AVIS/OT EI de sa BT d’affectation.
Réaliser des diagnostics (DIAG) et visites préalables (VP) sur site.
Superviser et valider la préparation des travaux des entreprises extérieures.
Suivre et valider techniquement les interventions de maintenance (gammes
opératoires, etc.).
Coordonner techniquement les travaux avec l’exploitation.
S’assurer du respect de la planification établie par le Coordinateur Planning
Cost (CPC).
Veiller à la rédaction des comptes-rendus d’intervention (CRI) par les
entreprises.
Suivre et valider l’engagement des frais en lien avec le coordinateur planning

Réceptionner les travaux en veillant à la qualité et à la sécurité.
Faire remonter tout dysfonctionnement.
Participer à l’élaboration du budget et rendre compte des dépenses à la

Contribuer à la démarche disponibilité et maîtrise des coûts de la raffinerie.
Qui êtes-vous ?
Niveau Bac+2 en électricité instrumentation ou expérience significative en
environnement industriel pétrolier/pétrochimique.
Bonne connaissance de la législation du travail (notamment sous-traitance),
des règles de sécurité, procédures administratives et spécifications.
Maîtrise des équipements/matériels en électricité, instrumentation,
automatisme (tuyauterie, robinetterie) et de leurs techniques de
maintenance/réparation.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques liés à l’activité (Office, SAP, registres des
échafaudages, outils de planification).
Esprit d’équipe, rigueur, autonomie, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse,

Garantir le respect du processus achats.
Participer aux rituels de management visuel et aux réunions de priorisation

Mettre en œuvre le processus travaux en vigueur (PGDM04).
Gérer l’ensemble des chantiers et dossiers de maintenance/investissements
confiés, sur les plans techniques, financiers et organisationnels.
Analyser et gérer son portefeuille d’activités.
Réaliser des diagnostics (DIAG) et visites préalables (VP) sur site.
Superviser et valider la préparation des travaux des entreprises extérieures.
Suivre et valider techniquement les interventions de maintenance (gammes
opératoires, etc.).
Coordonner techniquement les travaux avec l’exploitation.
S’assurer du respect de la planification établie par le Coordinateur Planning
Cost (CPC).
Réceptionner les travaux en veillant à la qualité et à la sécurité.
Veiller à la rédaction des comptes-rendus d’intervention (CRI) par les
entreprises.
Suivre et valider l’engagement des frais en lien avec le coordinateur planning
Cost.
Remonter tout dysfonctionnement.
Qui êtes-vous ?
Niveau BTS/DUT en mécanique générale ou expérience significative en
environnement pétrolier/pétrochimique.
Bonne connaissance de la législation du travail (notamment sous-traitance),
des règles de sécurité, procédures administratives et spécifications.
Maîtrise des équipements/matériels (machines tournantes, équipements
hydrauliques) et de leurs techniques de maintenance/réparation.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques liés à l’activité (Office, SAP, registres des
échafaudages, outils de planification).

Puesto de trabajo
Como técnico de lubricación, su misión consistirá en realizar la lubricación de las instalaciones en diversos centros industriales (engrase, rellenado de aceite, cambio de aceite, toma de muestras, etc.). Trabajará solo o en equipo, realizando las distintas tareas en función de un calendario comunicado por su responsable y redactará un informe de intervención diario. Comunicará sus observaciones relacionadas con los fallos mecánicos durante sus rondas, e informará de cualquier problema de seguridad identificado a su jefe y a su cliente. The I-care analyst will be responsible for providing condition monitoring services as directed by management. The Analyst coordinates and assists scheduling work as necessary as well as assembles and maintains technical data and reports as required by the client and I-care. The Analyst will be accountable for overall safety, including ensuring compliance with all I-care, client, OSHA, and all other applicable standards to the facility that they are servicing. The Analyst is also expected to be a technical resource to the client and I-care employees in the troubleshooting lubrication related issues and performs and oversees specific projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Leads condition monitoring program setup or for clients as required, including but not limited to:
a. Building and maintaining CM technology databases to applicable I-care and client required standards.
b. Assist in advanced setup work such as Technology Mapping, Criticality Analysis, etc.
c. Equipment walk down and information gathering.
2. Responsible for communication and education between the company and clients, including but not limited to:
a. Communicating the I-care deliverables to the client.
b. Conduct technology awareness sessions for clients as requested.
c. Submit documented case studies for customer to support machine life cycle improvement.
d. Must be able to interact comfortably, gain trust and communicate effectively.
