1. Maître des Flux (PO Management) Vous domptez la boîte mail des commandes, qualifiez les demandes avec flair et assurez une entrée de données impeccable. Vous êtes la première voix (digitale) que nos clients entendent !
2. Architecte de Projets Vous créez, planifiez et attribuez les tâches. Vous anticipez les besoins techniques (matériel d'alignement, capteurs) et veillez à ce que personne ne rate le coche des échéances.
3. Gardien de la Supply Chain Véritable négociateur, vous gérez les stocks, pilotez les commandes fournisseurs et relancez avec diplomatie (mais fermeté) pour que tout arrive à point nommé.

Nous recherchons une personne organisée et proactive pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce rôle hybride combine la gestion financière opérationnelle et le support administratif pour nos marchés européens (Espagne et Allemagne). Vous serez le point de contact central entre nos fournisseurs, nos clients internationaux et notre gestion interne.
1. Gestion Financière & Comptabilité (50%)
Gestion des comptes fournisseurs : Réception, encodage et suivi des factures payables.
Suivi des paiements : Gestion des rappels et monitoring des flux de trésorerie.
Support téléphonique : Répondre aux questions relatives à la facturation.
Lien avec la comptabilité : Préparation des documents pour la clôture mensuelle.
2. Support Administratif International (50%)
Coordination Espagne & Allemagne : Support administratif dédié pour ces zones (gestion documentaire, contrats, coordination logistique simple).
Communication : Gestion des mails et appels entrants.
Mise à jour des données : Entretien rigoureux de la base de données et des dossiers.
Langues : Maîtrise parfaite du Français et de l'Anglais (indispensable). La connaissance de l'espagnol et/ou de l'allemand est un sérieux atout.
Compétences techniques : Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques (Suite Office, ERP, outils de gestion cloud).
Savoir-faire : Une première expérience en comptabilité ou une affinité avec les chiffres est très appréciée, mais nous sommes prêts à former une personne rigoureuse.
Soft Skills : Autonomie, précision chirurgicale dans le suivi des dossiers et excellent sens de la communication.

As an Installer based in Des Moines (IA), you are the boots-on-the-ground expert ensuring our cutting-edge wireless vibration sensors are deployed perfectly, safely, and efficiently.
We are looking for a technically-minded, hands-on professional who thrives in industrial environments and loves to travel. You won't just be "bolting things on"—you will be configuring networks, performing site walkdowns, and acting as the technical face of I-care for our clients worldwide.
Precision Installation: Install, test, and maintain wireless vibration sensors on critical assets like pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
Technical Execution: Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized software to configure networks and ensure seamless data collection.
On-site Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve sensor or network connectivity issues to ensure 100% system uptime.
Site Walkdowns: Lead preliminary inspections to determine hardware requirements and network mapping.
Documentation: Deliver high-quality technical reports and data analysis to ensure both the client and our engineering teams have accurate insights.
Safety Leadership: Maintain a "safety first" mindset, adhering to I-care and client-specific safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, etc.).
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree from a Technical/Vocational school in a mechanical or electrical field is highly preferred.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a mechanical or electrical trade or apprenticeship. Basic knowledge of industrial machinery (compressors, motors) is a must.
Road Warrior Mentality: You must be willing and able to travel up to 80% of the time, including international assignments.
Physical Agility: Ability to climb ladders/scaffolding, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods. You must be comfortable with the physical demands of a plant environment.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Windows, MS Office (Word/Excel), and quick to learn specialized installation and configuration software.
Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to communicate technical value to clients clearly and professionally.

Siete in possesso di una laurea triennale o magistrale in un ambito tecnico (elettromeccanica, manutenzione, chimica, biochimica, automazione, elettricità…) e/o avete già esperienza nel campo della manutenzione. La combinazione delle due è un notevole vantaggio.

Als Installatietechnieker ben jij het gezicht van I-care op locatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige technische uitvoering van projecten: van het voorbereiden van de site tot de uiteindelijke configuratie van onze trillingssensoren. Jouw doel? De verwachtingen van de klant overtreffen door veiligheid, kwaliteit en vakmanschap.
1. Installatie & Onderhoud van Sensoren
Precisiewerk: Je installeert, test en onderhoudt draadloze trillingssensoren op industriële machines (zoals pompen, motoren en tandwielkasten).
Systeembetrouwbaarheid: Je draagt zorg voor de integriteit van de volledige installatie voor een optimale werking op de lange termijn.
On-site Troubleshooting: Je diagnosticeert en verhelpt netwerk- of sensorproblemen direct op locatie.
Site Walkdowns: Je voert inspecties uit om te bepalen hoeveel sensoren en netwerkcomponenten er exact nodig zijn.
2. Documentatie & Rapportage
Je stelt gedetailleerde technische rapporten op over de voortgang en de conditie van de apparatuur.
Je analyseert installatiedata op nauwkeurigheid en zorgt voor een nette administratieve afhandeling.
3. Veiligheid & Klantrelaties
Je werkt volgens de hoogste veiligheidsnormen en fungeert als ambassadeur voor I-care.

Jouw profiel:
Opleiding: Een technisch diploma (secundair onderwijs) in een mechanische of elektrische richting.
Ervaring: Minimaal 1 jaar praktijkervaring in een mechanische of elektrische branche. Basiskennis van machines (motoren, compressoren) is een must.
Mobiliteit: Je bent bereid om veelvuldig internationaal te reizen (tot 80% van de tijd).
Fysieke conditie: Je bent fit, hebt geen hoogtevrees (klimmen op ladders/steigers) en kunt werken in nauwe ruimtes.
Talen: Een uitstekende beheersing van het Engels is verplicht; extra talen zijn een pluspunt.

Als PDM Technician installieren Sie Online-Schwingungsmesssysteme und nehmen diese in Betrieb. Zusätzlich unterstützen die Instandhaltungsabteilungen unserer Industriekunden, durch Durchführung verschiedener Zustandsüberwachungsmethoden:
Darüber hinaus schmieren Sie Maschinen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Betrieb. Außerdem überwachen Sie den Schmiermittelbestand, führen Schmierungsrouten durch, kontrollieren Maschinen auf Leckagen und unterstützen Verbesserungsprojekte. Sie wechseln Öl, prüfen Filtersysteme, entnehmen Ölproben zur Analyse und installieren Schmiersysteme. Zusätzlich absolvieren Sie Schulungen, um Zertifizierungen im Bereich Lubrication zu erwerben.

The Program Manager in Clinton (IA) leads the design and execution of sophisticated asset health monitoring strategies. While grounded in reliability engineering principles, this role focuses primarily on the implementation and management of Condition Monitoring (CM) programs to predict equipment failure and optimize maintenance cycles. You will act as a technical lead and client consultant, managing projects that utilize data-driven insights to assess machinery health, minimize downtime, and ensure peak operational performance.
Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Strategy: Lead the implementation of PdM workstreams using advanced monitoring technologies to assess the health of critical assets (pumps, motors, gearboxes, etc.) and prevent catastrophic failures.
Data Analysis & Assessment: Drive technical assessments and trend analysis to identify equipment degradation; synthesize data into actionable reports and life-cycle improvement case studies.
Project Leadership: Own the full project lifecycle—from Gantt charts and resource allocation to managing teams and contractors—ensuring all PdM deliverables are met on schedule.
Client Consultation: Act as a technical advisor to bridge the gap between data collection and maintenance action; facilitate "awareness sessions" to educate clients on the value of predictive tools.

Data Analysis: Proficient in interpreting technical graphs, performance ratios, and analytical problem-solving.

Onze lubrication technicians hebben als hoofdtaak het uitvoeren van de periodieke smeringen van elektromechanische aandrijfsystemen en het beheren van de opslagplaats van de gebruikte smeermiddelen. Daarnaast ondersteunen zij de Lubrication Engineers bij de implementatie van de verbeterprojecten.

Elk jaar bieden wij studenten de mogelijkheid om hun stage en/of eindwerk te voltooien binnen de I-care Group. Welke stages en/of eindwerken kan je bij ons allemaal verwachten?
We kijken in eerste instantie naar jouw behoeften en de vereisten die je school oplegt, en kunnen een op maat gemaakt project uitwerken, waar jij je tanden kan inzetten (alleen of in team). Binnen de portfolio van onze dienstverlening kan je van een zeer praktisch georiënteerde stage tot een uitsluitend theoretische studie een mooi onderwerp vinden. Bijvoorbeeld:
- Analyseren en evalueren van onderhoudsactiviteiten en productieverliezen bij onze klanten met predictieve technieken zoals trillingsmetingen, infrarood, ultrasoon etc
- Analyseren en implementeren van verbetermaatregelen in productieorganisaties om de betrouwbaarheid van hun machinepark te verbeteren, kosten te verlagen en productiecapaciteiten te verhogen
- Leren gebruik maken van de standaard toolbox van een reliability engineer, waaronder het opbouwen van een functionele hiërarchie, boomstructuur, rcm, FMEA, plant maintenance optimization, etc
- Root cause analyse van een steeds wederkerend probleem waarvoor nog geen oplossing is gevonden.
Wie ben jij?
- Op zoek naar een stage en/of eindwerk in de wereld van predictive maintenance, reliability of maintenance 4.0

Puesto de trabajo
Como técnico de lubricación, su misión consistirá en realizar la lubricación de las instalaciones en diversos centros industriales (engrase, rellenado de aceite, cambio de aceite, toma de muestras, etc.). Trabajará solo o en equipo, realizando las distintas tareas en función de un calendario comunicado por su responsable y redactará un informe de intervención diario. Comunicará sus observaciones relacionadas con los fallos mecánicos durante sus rondas, e informará de cualquier problema de seguridad identificado a su jefe y a su cliente. Será responsable de la concienciación general sobre la seguridad, garantizando el cumplimiento de las normas de I-Care, del cliente y de otras normas aplicables.

Come tecnico di analisi delle vibrazioni lavorerai in diverse sedi dei clienti e con tutti i tipi di apparecchiature rotanti: turbine a gas e a vapore, riduttori, pompe, compressori, motori elettrici, ventilatori e altre apparecchiature rotanti. Utilizzerai diverse tecniche e tecnologie, come l'analisi delle vibrazioni (portatile, online e wireless), le immagini termiche e le analisi dell'olio per aiutare a sostenere il programma di affidabilità dei clienti.

As a Vibration Analyst, you will be part of our remote monitoring center, where you transform industrial data into actionable insights.
